- FAAnews: BMG submits plans for 600 apartments on the Georgian Court property recently purchased. The project includes 6 multi-family buildings with 100 residential apartments in each, playgrounds, and a child care center. Why are they not opening at Forest avenue opposite two BMG buildings, that would save the drivers circling town to get there?

Did you read the article? It very clearly says that they ARE opening Carey Street which is Forest Avenue across from the two BMG Botey Medrash. And without reading it there are no reasons for your cynical assumption. There are only two residents on that Cul de Sac. One is moving to Florida. The other is a mesivta rebbe who is certainly not the "well connected" macher askan that you are depicting.
