    Is Brookhaven mall in Passaic seeking to cause the Passaic community the same issues that irresponsible devolpment and overdevelopment has caused in Lakewood חס ושלום?

    The mall has only two ways to get in and out - residential but through-street Brook Ave. And very residential Terhune ave which has a school and two shuls right by the mall's entrance.
