- Judge Denies Jackson Township’s request to ban Minyan in private home. Jewish residents of Jackson Township, NJ were granted a victory Tuesday afternoon when a Superior Court Judge denied a motion by Jackson Township for an injunction to prevent Jewish residents from gathering for minyanim in a private home.
Jackson Township claimed that no one was residing in the home, and it therefore was an improper use of a residence for a public gathering. Local Jewish residents retained Roman P. Storzer of Storzer and Associates in Washington, D.C., to defend them in this case. The defendants responded to the claim that no one lived in the house by showing that someone indeed resided in the home, and the residents had a right to use the residence for prayers. In addition, the defendants claimed that the allegations forwarded by the township were part of an ongoing campaign of harassment of Jewish residents by local officials.
The judge ruled that the use for prayer gatherings is considered a legal primary or secondary use of the premises, and the township had no right to ban it. The judge did state that the town had the right to make sure the premises is safe.(Hamodia)

  1. basically they gave us stimulus checks and now raise all the prices so they are negating any gain

    1. Yup! And Trump wanted them higher! (With his name on the checks lol)

    2. Trump wanted to lower the prices on everything by cutting away unnecessary red tape and ridiculous over-regulation. Biden is screwing everything up just to spite the wonderful accomplishments by the prior administration.

    3. How would Trump know which regulations are necessary and which are not?

    4. Trump started a trade war with China which is a major factor in the price increases right now.

How would any President know which regs are or aren't necessary. The answer is that they have expert advisors and regular communications with knowledgeable members of congress. Trump had the added advantage that his long business career gave him insight which regular politicians don't have.

America was doing great under the strong stewardship of the former president "45" and our economy was booming.

Unfortunately, we're now stuck with an invalid that is unable to articulate a coherent message without lots of extra help. He's also dragging our economy down and forcing our cost for everything to go up. We can't get rid of him soon enough!

    6. Start with not banning oil development or causing the end of Keystone Pipeline. Additionally, a lot of the price increase, if not the majority, is due to China playing games with shipping, they would not play those games with Trump as President

    7. His long business career is ending with indictments, not a track record I'd follow.

    8. Anon 6:21,

Those politically driven indictments aren't worth the paper they're printed on. They've all about the left's agenda for vengeance against anyone who dares to stand up to them. They will all be proven to be fake news just like all the other spurious claims brought by these political and highly unethical hacks

    9. Trump's business experience was not in compliance with regulations, or successful businesses. Trump knew nothing about the topics he had to deal with. Most presidents don't. But most presidents surround themselves with expert advisors, and listen to them. Trump surrounded himself with sycophants, who know nothing about the topics.

The 'economy' was booming, to those with short term vision and little understanding of the translation of the word 'economy'.

The Keystone Pipeline would have made no difference to the price of gas in the US. It's purpose was shipping Canadian gas to China.

    10. The indictments were from long before Trump was a political figure. His business failures were spectacular. He even managed to bankrupt a casino!

So We play the system effectively bend the regulations left and right and then complain with the developers

    1. Jackson Township would not be fighting Yidden this way if the irresponsible developers had behaved a bit more responsible

    2. I agree. It's the sleezy greedy rogue developers which ruin it for everyone.

  3. Hahaha you think the reason for higher prices now is because of Trump’s trade war with China? That’s interesting I was thinking it’s because Bush went into Iraq.

    1. Yeah, tarrifs pass on the higher cost to the consumer.

Further more, jobs didn't 'come back to America' from this trade war, manufacturing moved to Vietnam and other Asian countries.

Laugh all you want, the facts are clear.

  4. Duh tariffs will hurt in the short term but the idea is to have the other country lower their tariffs on your goods. It’s not so complicated, for years China and the Europeans imposed tariffs on our goods and never worried about the Terrible trade war you and the left are so afraid of so Trump was simply leveling the playing field to be fair. If they impose tariffs on our goods we will do the same to their goods, in the long run you end up with what there is supposed to be-“free trade”.
