Looking for witnesses or dashcam footage of Thursday afternoons accident at the intersection of County Line and Hope. Please contact 908-596-0458.

Please Post
Thank you
For accident you R going to need to post a time, unfortunately that corner, sometimes has a few accidents a day.
ReplyDeleteOur politicians R in ivory towers, there is no kickback from keeping people safe, so they never make a meeting or a sugestion of how to remedy the problem. Living right near there, & seeing the back-up from accidents, I have a few sugestions if anyone is interested. 1)Instead of the no turn on red from Hope to County, make a red arrow, which means a red light. That should stop people making that turn.
2)The left turn from county into Hope, also make a red arrow, when the delayed green going east cycles green, this way those (there are many of them) who see the green arrow is no longer won't gamble & cut-off oncomming trafic.
3) Lengthen the left turning lane from County to hope, to avoid back up on County & accomodate the red Turning signal (in 2, above)
4) lengthen the amount of time the right turn get from County to Hope.
I am sure there are more things that could be done, but from driving by a few times daily & walking by on a few times Shabbos, that is the minimum IMHO.
They also don’t let building shuls so kids don’t have where to daven.

ReplyDeleteThe BOE wants to prove how great a job they are doing and are fighting against the judge who said that they did not provide a T&E education, by doing so the lawsuit will not go ahead if there is no pretext to fix the funding formula.
ReplyDeleteAgain with the shuls. Genug shoin
ReplyDeleteYou're right! Genug shoin of preventing others from building a shul.
DeleteNo genug shoin with the complainers making everyone else crazy. Don’t you get it? The rest of Lakewood couldn’t care less!!
ReplyDeleteThe very fact that “the rest of Lakewood couldn’t care less” is a MAJOR problem. A shul is being stopped and you couldn’t care less?? Children have no place to daven and you couldn’t care less?? A Makom Torah utefillah is operating in cramped quarters and you couldn’t care less?? What happened to being nosei b’ol??
DeleteWe are nosei bol. There are people with a mental condition complaining about cramped quarters and no place for kids to daven when the quarters are not cramped and there is plenty of space. It has been verified by many reputable sources including many mispallelim of the shul (those that didn’t leave yet).
ReplyDeleteYou’re sick! Plain and simple. The place is crowded and I know because I daven there 3 times a day 7 days a week
DeleteIf you daven there I takka feel bad for you.
ReplyDeleteHow would you know I’m sick if I never davened there?
ReplyDeleteBecause anyone who doesn’t even daven in a particular shul but nonetheless enjoys spreading rumors that they heard through hearsay has to be an extremely sick, bitter, twisted kranke Mentsch.
DeleteBitter is a word reserved for the kw mafia
ReplyDeleteWho said he doesn’t daven in a particular shul? He said he doesn’t daven in YOUR shul. Is everyone that doesn’t daven in your shul sick bitter and twisted?
ReplyDeleteThe point was that if you don’t daven in that shul but are ready to spread any rumor you hear about the shul then your twisted and sick.
DeleteIt’s not rumors. It’s verified facts. Are you suggesting your fellow mispallelim are twisted and sick for verifying the facts?
ReplyDeleteIf your not a member how do u know it’s “verified facts”? Just saying
DeleteVerified by members
ReplyDeleteNot true
