What is being done about the traffic on Central avenue particularly cars that come from Carranetta and block the traffic as they cut into the line to turn left on rt 9. There has to be a traffic cop or a police officer to direct traffic. It is backing up traffic for 30 minutes everyday
ReplyDeletePeople turning from Caranetta should be required to enter the right lane. Yes, that will mean they will need to drive via Hurley, even if it's out of their way. I don't think it's legal already, because people already in the lane have right of way. If cops come hand out tickets for a few weeks, people will get the message.
ReplyDeleteCaranetta should be a dead end street, ending at the last house on the right side coming from Freeman. The remaining area until Central should be turned into a beautiful lake front park.
