- Update on Bun Burger Kitchen in Lakewood from GKRF Facebook group: The burger joint has been closed for the past week or two. Some of their staff did test positive for COVID, and so of course the right thing to do was to close until they all test negative and safe to return to work. They are hoping sometime next week. We'll update you when they are open. We wish their staff and everyone who needs it a Refuah Shelama.

Good news for all you Trump supporters! Jack Stollsteimer, the district attorney of Delaware County, accused Bruce Bartman of Marple Township, Pa., with voting for his dead mother. He caught when officials checked death records. He now faces jail time. He actually voted for Trump but it only goes to show that there might be someone else, possibly two people, but doubtful (they would have found him by now) out there that might have voted twice for Bidden. Mr. Bartman didn't get away with it because election official have been very thorough in most states given all the accusations. So your man, despite all his bluster, was vindicated.

A story is going around about a frum person returning shirts to Charles Thyrwitt and then being told by a Thyrwitt representative that a “large number of orders in Lakewood and Brooklyn” are being returned by Orthodox Jews who, thanks to their honesty, refused to accept the orders mistakenly shipped to them. Nice good feel story, but I spoke to two Thyrwitt reps today and they told me that this never happened. They have not received hundreds of refused orders, and they never have the supposed “glitch.” One person experienced an issue with his order, but the whole story is one made-up bubbe maaseh. It never happened. Sounds like someone wants some online clicks and made up a story. Let’s get chizuk from real feel good stories, not a totally made-up one.
