DeleteThe vaccine rollout is not controlled by the governor. It's simply not possible to get the vaccine to 8 million people in NJ at one time. Simple common sense and it's playing out the same in every state.
Additionally, what possible benefit would it be to Murphy to delay until after Biden takes office? What would happen if Trump would get some credit (maybe even rightfully) for the vaccine? It's not like it would effect an election.
Honestly, the comments on this site have increasingly become devoid of logic in the past few months. Hopefully it's the same few people over and over again and not some unknown side effect of covid.
Healthcare workers affiliated with hospitals are supposed to be completely vaccinated by year end. Why cant the rest start right away, instead of waiting to mid January? Since you're so smart and we're so dumb, can you enlighten us on the two week delay? And if you are so smart then you'd notice that it says healthcare workers and not the millions of NJ. I guess it's you that's suffering from after effects of covid.

DeleteThat is one research article, from the University of Minnesota, that compares the US to the rest of the world. Most developed countries fared way better, per 100k, than the US, including Australia which has a similarly non-homogenous population.

That isn't a news site, it is a research site.

The Harvard study says Europe death rate is at about 3% and US is at 1.75%. The article you quote talks about excess deaths and assumes they're all covid. Assumption isn't data, but it's good enough for you to play politics with. So that makes it fake.
