NJ GOP: Murphy’s lead rapidly evaporates in new poll. “

 Murphy leads Ciattarelli by only 6 points as N.J. governor election nears, new poll shows The Emerson College/PIX 11 survey released Thursday found the Democratic incumbent leading Ciatarelli 50% to 44% as he seeks a second term in the Nov. 2 election, while 7% of voters remain undecided. 

NJ GOP- Murphy’s lead rapidly evaporates in new poll. “Among undecided voters, the poll showed Ciattarelli with a 59%-41% advantage. With leaners, Ciattarelli is just outside the margin of error, with Murphy ahead, 52%-48.”

TRENTON – Today, Bob Hugin, Chairman of the New Jersey Republican Party released the following statement in response to a new Emerson College poll showing a narrowing of the gubernatorial race, with Phil Murphy's lead having shrunk to just six points:

“This poll shows exactly what we have known and have been saying from the beginning: this is not only a very winnable race for Jack Ciattarelli, but he is quickly closing in on Phil Murphy as voters get to know Jack and his plan to cut taxes, restore our economy, support law enforcement, and empower parents over government bureaucrats.

"Democrats know Murphy's lead is rapidly evaporating or they wouldn't be scheduling panicked, last-minute stops with Joe Biden. Phil Murphy is running scared and we look forward to making him one and done on November 2nd.”
