  1. Cittarelli is AMAZING and cool as a cucumber. Murphy could never relate to the Yid off the street like Jack did yesterday.

    2. I was at one of the Ciaterelli events yesterday. Very low turnout and low energy, felt like a Joe Biden rally.

  2. There isn't enough machlokes in Lakewood that we need to hear about the contentious firing of an assistant rabbi in Manhattan of a shul that probably 99% of the people reading this never walked into and under normal circumstances wouldn't give a first or second though to?

    3. We did the math and if you lucky it covers the expense of two kids in playgroup for one year.
Yes it helps but not enough. And the newly married couples aren't getting kollel checks right away unless it takes 5 years for the boy to get married. Unless they changed the 5 year rule and it's not like that anymore....

    4. Your right. A coventry house is anywhere in the vicinity of 220 to 250 tops 275 and if you do it right mortgage is maybe 1600 at top end. And a 2 bedroom apt near yeshiva can run 1500. I would say much more worth it to buy in coventry to start off if you can pull it off...but everyone is different
