-67 new covid cases in Lakewood totals 12870/282

-$1400 Stimulus Money is on the way U.S. House votes to approve $1.9T COVID relief package, sending it to the president’s desk.
- Cuomo & Murphy announced that New Jersey and New York City will both expand indoor dining capacity to 50% beginning March 19th. 
- Murphy raises the limit on all outdoor gatherings (that are not religious services or ceremonies, political events, weddings, funerals or memorial services) from 25 to 50 individuals and indoors capped at 25 individuals, up from 10.
- Murphy: every New Jersey student should now have a laptop and internet access for online classes.

House Set to Vote on $1.9 Trillion Virus Relief
-The international Tefila gathering on Thursday with Yom Kippur Koton will be broadcast live from BMG at 1:30 pm at  646-726-9977
-Two more Lakewood elementary school staffers hospitalized with covid19 bringing the total to 4 the teachers union said "The district has been putting us in harm’s way since the first day of school with no regard for our safety,t by their refusal to switch to virtual learning in a building where eight staff members have tested positive, four of which have had to be hospitalized." (APP)
- The Toms River Township Council has voted to settle with the Justice Department and to lower the zoning restriction for houses of worship in residential areas of the community from 10 acres to 2 acres. The vote follows two years of negotiations between the township, DOJ and the local Orthodox Jewish community. ( Shlomo Schorr)

most requests for non-Israelis to enter Israel will be denied and that most requests for non-vaccinated Israelis to travel abroad will be denied - even for children.  And even for those who receive approval there is a serious scarcity of flights.
