-On Thursday night, we do bedikas chometz as every other year: with a brachah (“...al biur chametz”) before the bedikah and “Kol chamira” after the bedikah. On Thursday night, one should begin bedikas chometz right by nightfall (tzeis hakochavim) One should make a point, if possible, of starting promptly. Eating a meal at that time is not permitted until after bedikas chometz, though a light snack is permitted even after nightfall. (Rabbi Haberfeld)

-UPDATE: The Rosh Yeshiva Reb Malkiel shlita will need to stay in the ICU over Yom Tov. The doctors are saying that he will most likely need a stent put in, sooner rather than later. The Tzibur is asked to continue to be misplalel for Harav Aryeh Malkiel ben Rishel. B'suros Tovos. (LNN)

- Ryes bakery will be open friday until 12:00 pm with fresh challah for shabbos
