  1. The rabbanim say we have to give kimcha depischa even though they are getting stimulus, yet the executive directors are demanding payment because of stimulus. I guess that's why they still need kimcha depischa. And why is it ok to demand the stimulus for back tuition, the rabbanim said it's being used for other basics?

    1. are you joking? who should pay for your children's education? be happy you live in Lakewood where tuition is 5k, almost everywhere else is 12-15k

    2. Interesting. You don't seem to have a problem that the stores and businesses and camps and vacation rentals demand to get paid . You only have a problem to pay tuition which ensures that Rebeim and teachers get paid. I guess your kids education is not as important as your vacation rental .

    3. tuition is 5k? where do your kids go to school? also, most places are not 15. maybe officially that's full tuition but no one pays that unless they can. only place with that high tuition is 5 towns.

    4. I pay my tuition and have no issues doing so. I have issues with them making demands because of the stimulus.

    5. In most schools where the parent body is mostly yeshiveleit and klei kodesh, the average tuitions for the majority are under 5 k .

  3. My stimulus money is to cover losses in wages. My husband still didn't get his unemployment from March! While we have a confirmation of filing the application, unemployment said they can't seem to find the application in their system now. We waited months just to reach someone and they are not even calling us back or responding after saying that his complaint is getting escalated. Getting nowhere. Not all stimulus money is extra. Just saying...
