  1. Long sheitels that cover half a person's body are really getting out of hand.

    1. Why does the length matter, there is nothing in original halacha about length. The length of the sheitel does not attribute to how real or fake it looks. The point of the sheitel is that a man knows she's a married woman. Lacetop sheitels is a bigger issue.

    2. Mishnah brurah's allowance for females uncovered calves coupled with R Moshe's hetter for human hair sheitlach along with all the technological advancement and we've got a perfect storm . Time to go back to longer skirts and modest head covering . It's a disgrace and a complete perversion of Torah values that women are more immodest with wigs than without

    3. Answer - Covering ones hair is one Halacha, dressing tznius is a different Halacha`

    4. The Fake parking arrangements that take place all over town need to to be investigated. Was there enough spots legally to lend out? Is the agreement even written down anywhere? How long is the agreement valid? What happens if the parking/building is sold, knocked down, built on? Is anyone keeping tabs?
Not to mention the parking arrangement can be a block away which will never be utilized in the first place.

  4. Why are all these grants that are to help the community at large all getting diverted to this project to build 600 homes.
2 million fron hud for Cedarview
3 million from Chris Smith for Carey
3 million from Chris Smith for a gateway out of Lakewood that will build roads in the new Georgian court development that will bring more traffic
Another 4 million for day care centers and Simcha hall too
That's at least 10 million that could have gone to widen the 9 or fix broken roads or put sidewalks this is all public money that comes to benefit the entire lakewood
Why are the tax payers not notified about all this funding
Why is there no public meeting to discuss this
How is Chris Smith deciding on who gets grants

    1. The all powerful vaad meets with the politicians they present themselves as if they own the vote and bargain for the moolah helping themselves
some get to take a piece of the pie for their hard work and shtadlanus the rest of Lakewood are treated like fools as the askanim laugh all the way to the bank taking millions of grants for their projects while it should have gone to help the infrastructure in Lakewood.
The politicians must be told that they won't get the vote anymore if they divert funds for powerful self appointed asskans

    2. Nothing to do with the Vaad. Why don't you go the the Rosh Yeshivas and complain to them that you feel they are diverting the money from the public to BMG. Obviously they believe it's OK to do that. Why did yiu go ask them why if yiu don't agree ?

  5. Will Ciattarelli address real concerns that resonate with the people that he can actually change - such as the bag ban, gas tax etc. or he is going to do what he did last time - run ads like every politician about NJ taxes which will never change and doesn't resonate with the voter!
The fact is the last time around he only got close because thousands of republicans came out to vote in school Board elections - That is how Ed Durr defeated Democratic Senate President Steve Sweeney. And Ciattarelli still lost!!

  6. Wic expanded the vegetable amount since Covid I believe it wasn't permanent, which it is now becoming...
It would be nice now that they have a card if stores (such as Aldi which dont carry all the wic items) you would be able to use the benefits in the store as you get more bang for your buck there...

  7. He came closer than most, awfully close.Just another push & he'll be over the top- Unless Schnal & cronies brutally sabotage it,l'shem Murphy.

    1. He was given the election on a silver platter - still blew it - He needs to change the way he runs his campaign. There is no "another push" that he can get

    2. Well, the pollsters & media were so stunned by how close it was.Or pretended to be.

    3. Ill repeat myself - The fact is the last time around he only got close because thousands of republicans came out to vote in school Board elections - That is how Ed Durr defeated Democratic Senate President Steve Sweeney. And Ciattarelli still lost!! Had he run a half decent campaign that resonated with the voters, he would be the governor!

  10. In reality, is Biden's anti-Israel stand helping him in the polling vs Trump?

    ReplyDelete

    1. Definitely - Just look at the polling He was on a free fall since October - as he started throwing Israel under the bus the numbers started to climb. Trump knows that too, that's why he keeps on flip flopping on Israel...
