President Joe Biden criticized Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's policy in the war in the Gaza Strip: "I think what he is doing is a mistake. I do not agree with his approach. What I am asking the Israelis is to call for a cease-fire, and allow for 6-8 weeks The near future is a full supply of food and medicine to the Gaza Strip. I spoke with the Saudis, the Jordanians and the Egyptians - they are all ready to put in food. I believe there is no excuse to avoid bringing in medicine and food to people who need it, it has to happen now."

- Family members of hostages Keith Siegel and Romi Gonen met on Tuesday in Washington with senators Tommy Tuberville from Alabama and Michael Bennet from Colorado, according to the Hostages and Missing Families Forum.
- The family members spoke of their relatives' ordeal in Gaza captivity and gave the senators the yellow ribbon pin, a symbol representing the call to return the hostages.
- Israeli official confirms that Israel is purchasing 40,000 tents to prepare for the evacuation of hundreds of thousands of Palestinians from the southernmost Gaza city of Rafah.
- Turkey has announced restrictions on exports to Israel following an accusation by the Turkish foreign minister that Israel denied a request to airdrop aid to Gaza. The Turkish Ministry of Trade condemned Israel’s actions and placed a ban on the export of 54 products, demanding an immediate ceasefire in Gaza for the restrictions to be lifted.
- For the first time ever, an IDF Sa'ar 6-class corvette missile ship successfully intercepted a UAV that approached from the east and crossed into the area of the Gulf of Eilat.
- IDF missile boats including Sa'ar 6-class corvettes have been positioned in the Red Sea and have both the defensive and offensive capabilities to engage with regional threats.
- US intelligence reports indicate that Iran has instructed multiple proxy militias to prepare for a coordinated, large-scale assault on Israel, utilizing drones and missiles, with a potential strike occurring as early as this week.
- In a joint opinion article in French newspaper Le Monde, President Emmanuel Macron, his Egyptian counterpart Abdel Fattah el-Sisi, and Jordan's King Abdullah II called for a "permanent" and "unconditional" ceasefire in Gaza and a resolution to the Israeli-Palestinian crisis. The leaders did not condition the ceasefire on the release of hostages, nor the defeat of Hamas. They did, however, “emphasize the urgency of implementing the Security Council's demand for the immediate release of all hostages.”
Hopefully the Israeli מלאכי חבלה will prepare a nice preemptive surprise for Iran!
