  1. If the average wife would see how filthy her husbands talis looked it would be immediately trashed. Weekdays and Shabbos.

  3. Are several stores giving out Shabbat hagodel packages for free? Or charging more because they are putting it together for you in a box

  4. That billboard is nauseating.

Torahanytime is a beracha for Klal Yisroel.

    ReplyDelete
  5. I'm okay with three out of the four, but to put Torahanytime on that list is sheer insanity. More pure Torah spread there than in any yeshiva or institution anywhere. And all for free. Nuts.

    ReplyDelete
  6. Whoever made that billboard clearly spends too much online themselves. And what is the issue with Torah anytime? Does he feel so strongly that people who are working should have YU Torah on in the background instead?

    ReplyDelete

    1. YU torah is fantastik Many liste to it and enjoy it. Last I checked torah is torah

    2. What about Hebrew Union College, TAU,Isaac Mayer Wise, Avi Weiss,or Yissochor Katz shr"y. Where are you last checking.

  7. How did hefkervelt manage to stay off that billboard? Does anyone think that in Shomyim they would prefer someone spend his time on Hefkervelt over Torah Anytime?

  8. The point is don't kasher the internet for Torah, once you have an excuse to go online you are a mouse click away from shmutz
And also Torah anytime promotes people who should not be given a platform in the first place instead they're creating celebrities who now become daas Torah because they are famous
These people have hashkafos that are foreign to the Torah world

    ReplyDelete

    1. I highly doubt anyone gets internet access or goes online for the exclusive purpose of listening to a shiur on Torah Anytime. Torah Anytime has no ability to create celebrities on it's own, The person they are presenting needs to have a large willing audience to do that. If there are so many people who want to listen to someone's shiur unless the PURPOSE of the shiur is to espouse objectionable haskafa then he deserves a platform. Those who disagree should find their own way of reaching and resonating with the public. Not censorship.

    4. So Naive ."doubt anyone gets internet" Wake up. That IS how the next generation are choosing it's coming Guides. "to create celebrities on it's own,The person they are presenting"It's how the female & herd world operates. Which eventually reflects back to the male world too, irrespective of whether you prepare for it.

    5. Torahanytime is very careful whom they allow on their platform. They have hundreds of people trying to get on and don't allow anyone on unless they vet them first. You have no idea what you're talking about.
Anyone can anonymously lob grenades at a good thing and claim that they're hashkafically impure, but I challenge you to do better. Better yet, don't do better, but do something. Anything. Find a way to spread hashkafically pure Torah at any level.
You can't, won't, and never did. You're an internet bully, someone who tears down others while accomplishing little of value.
Torahanytime has more than 1 million listeners whereas you can't get your own wife to pay attention to your drivel.

      Delete
    6. The anti-internet campaign also promotes people who wouldn't otherwise be worth a second look.

      Delete
    7. As though there were no celebrities without the internet.

Anyone who showed kuntzn, or darshened against others, regardless of personal morals or knowledge, became a celebrity. Long before the internet. I am not that young.

  11. They should have put 24six and toveedo over torah anytime as they are a bigger problem. Just shows how narrow minded whomever paid for it.

    ReplyDelete
  12. So Agudah claims to do Hakoras Hatov but only when it suits them
They had no problem throwing out a friendly incumbent in Lakewood just to put their boy Schnall into office

  13. Religious fervor is a dangerous thing and results in misguided attacks on things like Torah anytime. Was.

  14. Not enough burning sites - especially since many from the neighboring towns use the garbage sites and end up burning their chometz here too!

    ReplyDelete
  15. Torahanytime has Lubavitch speakers, this is apposed to R Aaron, and R Sach

    ReplyDelete
  16. Assembly Schnall is worried about antisemitism
How much did the Jackson lawsuits raitz uhn our neighbors and how much sinas yisroel did it cause

How much sinas yisroel come from a video of drinking lechaim on winning the lawsuits shtuching out our neighbors

How much sinas yosroel to get rid of an incumbent who was good to the yidden

Not a word from Schnall about the radical left protests in Teaneck or NJ defending Hamas murder of Jews

Not a word when murphy calls for a unconditional ceasefire without mention of releasing hostages

This PR statement is a slap in the face

  17. The jurors are either liars or out of touch with humanity - should all be disqualified
