- This week’s Haftorah is rarely read, as Parshas Tazria is generally read as part of the double parsha of Tazria-Metzora. Even when it is read, the Haftorah is often Parshas HaChodesh. The last time this Haftorah was read was in 2003 and the next time will be in 2040. 

- Lakewood attempted kidnap suspect from before Purim says he was drugged before out-of-character crime spree in Ocean and Burlington counties

- At the Lakewood township committee meeting today a resident asked if the committee members are sitting in the shvitz during the online meeting since they don't show their face on camera.

- Another resident complained about the lawn signs placed all over, the mayor said those without permits get removed

- Kikar shabbat journalist with Leaked a  Bombshell report, the Charedi parties and the Likud have agreed on an outline in which 25% of draft-eligible Charedim--3,000 recruits--enlist in year 1, with the percentage rising over time. The army would monitor the yeshivas, even with snap inspections, to make sure that nyone claiming an exemption for Torah study is in fact in the yeshiva studying.
The framework has only been discussed at the political level and would still need to be approved by Charedi rabbinical leadership, not to mention sign-off from Likud's coalition partners

- Atzeres took place today in Yerushalayim in front of the IDF recruitment offices with thousands attending. Speakers said we will rather die than get conscripted

  4. The same people responsible for our taxes going through the roof are also responsible for the ridiculous gridlock throughout the entire lakewood. It is inexcusable and a terrible dereliction of duty that they purposefully allowed the grid system to be abandoned. Blaming everything on the state while building no parallel roads to end all other major traffic arteries throughout town.
