- After Murphy said during the debates that he will not raise taxes New Jersey announced today Garden state Parkway and Turnpike tolls are going up. Under the indexing plan, Parkway barrier tolls for E-ZPass customers in passenger vehicles will increase from $1.90 to $1.96 on Jan. 1 Cash tolls are rounded to the nickel instead of the penny, meaning the cash toll at a Parkway barrier plaza will be $2, he said.

On the Turnpike, an E-ZPass customer in a passenger vehicle would pay $4.23 instead of $4.10 to travel from Interchange 11 in Woodbridge to Interchange 14 in Newark during peak periods.

- Hachnosas Sefer Torah today Zos Chanukah at BMG the sefer will be given by the Rosh Hayeshiva Harav Malkiel Kotler shlita. The procession will start at the corner of 6th street and Forest Ave and the sefer Torah will be brought to the Bais Yitzchok Bais Mesrash. dancing will take place at the Herzka building from 2:00 pm with Mincha at 3:20 pm. A seuda will take place later st a hall.

  2. What’s the heter for Aderet Offices (appeal # 4210) to convert a shul into an office building? It’s totally assur and anyone that votes to approve is a mesayia lidvar aveirah!

  3. Which shul? Maybe it was "al tnai" maybe they never davened there maybe they will continue davening "mincha" there

    1. The applicant states the the current structure is a shul at 2017 Lanes Mill Road. It is assur to knock it down for another use. Our shulchan aruch does not allow this conversion even if you will make a workday mincha minyan there. What kind if flimsy excuse is that? You sound like you’re reform. Are you?
