- Murphy: Today, as the Supreme Court begins hearing arguments in a case that could overturn Roe v. - To get the full child "dependent care" tax credit for 2021 one can pay up the full year's tuition  ahead of time before the end of December and legally claim the credit for the whole year. The maximum amount of work-related expenses you can take into account for purposes of the credit is $8,000 if you have one qualifying person, and $16,000 if you have two or more qualifying persons. Talk to your provider or playgroup about this pay up option.

    1. Why would that be a good thing? If 20% of otherwise frum people started eating treif is it a good thing since the other 80% would get the zechus to be makpid not to eat by them?

    Not rally - read the IRS instructions which clearly states that it's not allowed.

    A22. No. Expenses to attend kindergarten or a higher-grade level are not expenses for care, and therefore are not work-related expenses.
