  1. Why does Rav Malkiel have to go and visit the Satmar rebbe. It should be the opposite since he is the Rosh Hayeshiva who lives in the city.

    1. Because he has a white coat and din melech

    2. Because R Malkiel has hakaros hatov to the rebbe for helping raise funds for various causes. Maybe take a lesson and learn some middos.

    3. Why didn't you ask when R Yeruchim went to visit R Meir Tzvi Bergman?

      Delete
    4. First of all Teb Meir Tzvi was sitting Shiva they went to be menachem avel
Second he is a zakain and 20 years older than Teb Yeruchom
Third He was invited and asked to come to Lakewood by the Roahei yeshiva.
Fourth with all the above he still returned the favor and went to visit Tav Malkiel at his home.

    5. ab: simple answer. Reb Meir Zvi is a choshuve Yid, not the inheritor of some real estate.

  3. 1. When a woman 'marries' another woman, that is not toi'eva. If a person wishes to demand that the Torah be followed, he must follow it accurately.
    2. There is no rule that a person must give up their life not to perform 'an action of Eretz Mitzrayim'.
    3. The idea of multiple genders is not a Chilul Hashem, has little to do with Judaism, and is nowhere near the eisek people make out of it. Yes, Halacha only follows the birth organs, and a person born a man must lay Tefillin even if they change their organs (a Lav in the Torah). But the word 'woman' is not Isha in Torah, just like marriage is not Nisu'in, divorce is not a Get, and sacrifice is not a Korban. But the other weird genders are just harmless nonsense.
    4. Joining the other religions in fighting this phenomenon is a terrible Chilul Hashem.

    1. "The word "woman" is not Isha in Torah"

Uh huh. What's next, Shabbos is on Sunday because the Torah doesn't write "Saturday" in Latin characters?

      "divorce is not a get"
"Sefer kerisus" is not a "get" either, by this logic.

      "Sacrifice is not a korban"
Okay, what word would you prefer we use?

"Joining the other religions in fighting this phenomenon is a terrible chillul hashem"
Strange, I don't see anything in my Gemara, Rambam, or Shulchan Aruch that classes encouraging gentiles not to mutilate themselves with horrific "surgeries", or violate one of the Zayin Mitzvos Bnei Noach, as a Chillul Hashem. I'm sure you can provide a source for this assertion (not holding my breath).

    2. Would rabbeinu care to define for us what an 'isha' is, then, and how it differs from a 'woman'? What is an Isha?

    3. 1. All the sins of Vayikra 18 are called to'eva (18:26).
      2. Irrelevant.
      3. Proudly and publicly celebrating the violation of Hashem's Torah, with frum Jews dancing, singing and celebrating sin, is certainly a grave chilul Hashem. Nobody celebrates sinning against Hashem - except for these to'eva sinners.
      4. NOT joining other religions in fighting this is a chilul Hashem. But what other religions do is irrelevant, either way. As Hashem's People, we protest this disgrace of His Honor and His Torah on our own right.

    6. 3. the "weird genders" is not harmless nonsense. it is part of a much larger movement to erode morals that has many consequences that already have been seen. jews being part of it is definitely a chilul hashem.
      4. this one is 100% completely wrong. if anything it is a huge kiddush hashem and standing on the sidelines and doing nothing is chilul hashem.

    7. Following is the p’sak I was told in regards to the two-girl “couple
The rule of ישראל אף על פי שחטא ישראל הוא is only applicable to חטאים, not to a מומר. So they are now Kofrim Gemurim which means they are NOT Jewish anymore.
This degree of flaunting elevates their sins from the level of רשעות to the level of מומרות. Their publicizing it and celebrating it is nothing less than שמד.
Which means they are not part of our Nation anymore, just like the Reform and we have NO Chiyuv ערבות on them. No more responsibility to help them in their time of need. They are not רעך.

And they are public machti'im that/who should be treated like meshumadim

we are adjured we have to be more strict
cf. yoeze ben yoezer killing for even some ignoring d'rabbanam on shabbos
      Furthermore,
Certain heterim we were allowed previously since Jews (except in rare bad locales) weren't suspect for these sort of acts.Since now that they &you are whitewashing them ,that no longer will apply and we must put up new stringencies eg single gender yichud, against your ilk

  6. The 'to'ieva' outrage shown here and in other places on the internet is another distraction from the issues of the day.
The truth is, we do not send our children to public school, these matters barely concern us. But the matters that do concern us are left to chance.

Spare us all this faux outrage. If you are confused about your sexuality, discuss it with a therapist. Nobody is attacking you by chopping off their body parts.

If you really don't want this entering our schools in America, stop fighting them and make sure that our Kehilla stops chasing vouchers. Vouchers will bring shmutz into our schools, mark my words.

MO is a big tent - there are many there who are מדקדק in mitzvos קלה כחמורה and who are קובע עתים לתורה in impressive fashion.
Sadly, the tent also includes a certain percentage who are lost and don't appreciate the need to be sufficiently careful and they are the ones who are most at risk from this foolish and awful behavior.
Don't hate on them - pity them and daven for them that they move closer to the רצון ה' and don't wish for the terrible outcome you've predicted.

  9. To gain some perspective, realize that Rav Moshe Feinstein
    declared a particular
commentary on the Torah prohibited, as heretical, in part simply
because it downplayed the severity of MZ (Iggros Moshe, Y"D
    vol.3, p. 360, col.1).

If any more evidence needed, LGBT bigots in
Oregon have provided us more of a glimpse of just what the Rainbow
Tyrants have in store for us.

The dubious poster appears conspicuously ignorant of the
prohibitions of "lifnei iver," and "mesa'yeiyah overi-aveirah," in
regard to halachic objections to Jewish individuals providing indirect services
to individuals committing this brazen rebellion

In closing, we always need remember, that those who stand steadfast
with the Truth of Torah ARE ON THE WINNING SIDE

People allow the media to take over their minds, and then they are the ones claiming that they realized what was wrong with the media all along.

The whole LGBTQ nonsense is an עורבא פרח, it has no staying power and it will soon be completely forgotten. There is no way a tiny sliver of society can keep themselves in the headlines for too long.

    1. So why isn't the existence of an androgynous a contradiction to the possuk?

The possuk has nothing to do with people's feelings. This person wants to act like a woman, whom is he hurting? Which of the sheva mitzvos bnei noach has he violated?

      Delete
    2. So now next you deceitfully profess a person doesn't hurt anyone unless it's direct physical?
Assuming somehow they don't act on it,which you implicitly admit though refuse to say outright is of worst sins for the world
Our religion & every honest human being declares the OPPOSITE.The worst destruction is from those who don't affect someone directly.
How come they arrest foreign agents who haven't done anything?
      Besides,
If a person interbreeds species who is he hurting
ACC. to certain early authorities that is forbidden to Bnei noach

    1. You are right. The word murder has caveats and qualifiers that have nothing to do with the רציחה of the Torah.

This is one of the reasons that we are to fast when Torah is translated to Greek. Because Torah concepts get distorted that way.
