-Frum residents in Toms River are getting bombarded with robo calls and text messages ahead of primary election day tomorrow from the candidates vying for the orthodox vote and accusing each other as being anti semitic. 

- Eisman Trial: Judge Paone sets a retrial date  in the Eisman case for the beginning of August, with a pretrial hearing to be held on July 5th. Prosecutors are currently appealing to the state Supreme Court but the case is proceeding. The judge also ordered the prosecutors to turn over evidence they hid from the defense during the first trial 

-Report on Adirei Hatorah:  Organizers said that 25,000 people attended the event,.. According to the organizers, the idea for the event came about two years ago, when donors came forward looking to triple the stipends paid to men studying in the yeshiva’s kollel, its place of study for men.“They pledged to nearly triple the kollel check to $13,500 (which includes a [holiday] bonus of $750 biannually,) embarking on a far-reaching campaign – a historic one by all measures – to bring their vision to reality,” organizers said. “The kollel buudget had morphed from $17.8 million annually to the current annual budget of $61.4 million.” source

- Rav Dov Landau will be speaking tonight in Boro Park to talmidim from Slabodka yeshiva.He met earlier today with Rav Meir Stern shlita in Passaic. Yesterday prior to attending the Adirei Hatorah event in Philadelphia he spoke in Monsey to the boys at Yeshiva of Spring Valley. No official itinerary yet but possibly scheduled to  speak in Lakewood.

- Primary elections tomorrow UENJ reminds everyone to vote even if there's no significant races but a strong showing of  numbers can help the campaign bring tuition relief to NJ

- Lake Terrace's industrial neighbors have once again filed legal action asserting that the banquet hall has violated their court orders and they should therefore be ordered to shut down completely, FAA News Lake Terrace has now responded to their neighbors motion to shut them down by asking the Court to allow them to continue to operate while their application to legalize their existing use remains pending before the Zoning Board. Judge Hodgson has scheduled oral arguments on the Motion to Enforce Litigants Rights for this Friday, June 9. More
