  1. Appeal # 4257 - 1510 Pine Street, LLC is owned by the same person that tried all the 30 year tax Cedarbridge abatement shtick last year with 1515 Pine St. (1510 and 1515 are next to each other on the same side of the street even though they're odd/even numbers). That scandal blew up after getting exposed for the scam that it was.

What's interesting about this specific application that I read is the applicant got the Twp to vacate township owned land and give it to him for free for use of a parking lot, so he can make a killing on this project by being able to place a sizable office building where it's not legally zoned.

I wonder what kind of tax abatement he'll try to get from the taxpayers if he gets away with this deal?

I thought this only happens in the anti-semitic town of Toms River. After all, that's what the TRJCC wants you to believe.

  5. Lakewood inspection department often overlooks various infractions without taking action. Instead of fulfilling their intended purpose, they seem to be utilized by certain individuals in power to target specific people or organizations and create trouble for them. If you observe the state of affairs around town, you'll notice numerous maintenance issues that are allowed to persist without any intervention from the inspection department.

  6. It’s so clearly anti semitism that they removed the tent. First of all why else would they remove it? Second they didn’t remove any tents from churches or other holy places. It’s clearly anti semitism.

  7. Back in my days when Rav Moshe and Rav Yaakov etc. came to speak to children they were greeted with singing Ohr Zarua L’Tzadik not Yomim. IMHO we should go back to those days approach because Yomim (1)has a political undertone to it (2)isn’t something every kid in the crowd can strive to be. It’s for leaders only. Whereas anyone can try to reach at least a degree of tzikdkus in their life
