So true. some rabonim who are not well versed in the metzius feel they don't have any control over shatnez testers so they pick which "tester" to approve.
The problem is that the establishment chooses to ignore any shatnez warnings.

The only way to solve this issue is to have stores check their stock before they put it on the shelves.
ReplyDeleteBetter yet, the only way to solve this issue is by having a certified Shatnez tester check all inventory prior to stocking the shelves.
ReplyDeleteLet’s stop blaming everybody else. Whenever you buy a piece of clothing, have it checked regardless of what the seller says. Just check it.
