    2. Yudel won't post my comments, but here they will.
      That Siruv is bogus.
      1. The Dayanim write clearly that they heard the case already. That makes them invalid Dayanim, and nobody has to answer such a demand.
      2. The claims that the letter brings, are not monetary ones. Nobody has to pay for speaking Lashon Hara.
      3. The Dayanim's names are complete unknowns. Nobody has heard of them, and the handwriting on all three signatures looks eerily similar.
      4. That 'BD' is well known in town for its corruption. No other Batei Din recognize it as acceptable and there are so many stories about them that they don't lift eyebrows any more. Both winners in that BD and losers have hair-raising stories.

    3. You can say the same about maysharim, and many stories about them too. once you disrespect BD you lose credibility and no one will respect another BD

It does not say that the dayanim heard the case

Where does it say the claims are not monetary, regardless you can take someone to BD for non monetary too

    4. Anon 6:59,

      1. It's clear that you are unable to read basic hebrew. The Ksav Seruv was issued due to the defendant's refusal to answer the hazmanah. There was no case to be heard, nor does it state anywhere that the Dayanim "heard the case" as you deceptively put it. It's really simple. Nobody is above the law of the Shulchan Aruch. This defendant is obviously scared that he cannot justify his misdeeds and decided that he prefers to avoid being held accountable. That on its own, qualifies him as a Mesarev Ladin (MLD).

      2. The claims in the letter are based on explicit simanim in Shulchan Aruch Choshen Mishpat. Unfortunately, you are obviously unfamiliar with those portions of halacha, but they do exist.

      3. The Dayanim are not unknown's. Several psakim from batei din across the globe are signed the same way. Furthermore, you are wrong about the signatures, as they are clearly quite different one from another. Stop trying to fabricate a ridiculous conspiracy where none exists.

      4. Practically every BD in town has its detractors who claim corrupt practices. The Dayanim on this BD serving the public are widely known as expert talmidei chachamim who are highly qualified to render halachic decisions.

Stop being so disgruntled. Protecting a MLD is very wrong. Instead, you should focus your efforts on persuading the MLD on giving proper respect to a BD. He should know better. You can also advise him that he doesn't have to go to this particular BD if he's uncomfortable. He has the right to choose a BD of his choice, but he has no right to completely snub a hazmanah ladin!

    5. This BD must be snubbed. The erroneously titled 'Badatz of Lakewood' is a den of vipers, it has nothing to do with the regular complaints people have against Batei Din.
Ask any Talmid Chacham in Lakewood what they think of that BD.

The 'claims in the letter' are not based on any halachos in Choshen Mishpat. There is no halacha in Choshen Mishpat about paying for Lashon Hara, none at all.
Causing people to smash windows is another on.

You can make up simanim if you want, but so far, it just isn't there.

The 'siruv' is bogus, the BD is bogus and the nitva is a Tzadik and a Talmid Chacham. Nameless Dayanim should not be believed against recognized Talmidei Chachamim and Rabbanim.
