    1. Some parts of Lakewood always lose power in a storm, with high winds expected there is a good chance that trees will fall on electric wires and power will go out.

  3. Very low flame can cause carbon monoxide as fire doesn’t consume all gas. Fire department told me this when I had an alarm go off on Rosh Hashana.

  4. Your Eruv will probably be possul by the morning. Be careful to bring your Tallis to shul before Shabbos, and don't carry during the day.

  5. Wear your Tallis under your coat it will keep you warm too.

  6. I am not sure if that's halachically correct. Can't we rely on a chazaka that the eruv is still up? (Ask your local closed-orthodox rabbi).

    1. You can't rely on a Chazaka when there is a ריעותא. Isn't that elementary?
