Hashkafa: Reflecting on Recent Tragedies
Hashkafa with Reb Gershon Ribner shlita
Reflecting upon recent tragedies in our midst with insight and acceptance
"Robbed of their parnassah"? "Robbed" applies to something you own or are entitled to. Nobody has an entitlement to not work and force others to shoulder his responsibility to support himself and his family. If other people or the society at large want voluntarily to support someone to learn full time, harei zeh meshubach, but nobody is entitled to it.
"..this guy drops dead..."
ReplyDeleteNot sure thats the way an adam gadol should talk when describing the sudden petirah of a young rebbi, teacher, helper to the sick, and ben Torah.
