HKBH and klal yisrael and turn them into tohu va'vohu.

    1. How can you blame them, to be candid
they don't want the developers to destroy their lifestyle
As the old adage perhaps goes: an anti-semite used to be someone who hated Jews
now it's someone who Jews hate

  6. Honestly the dance is not a dance. It looks like they're practicing for the treadmill.

  7. When is Lakewood going to get leadership like Satmar and someone say no more purchasing? Or trying to organize some type of system like in Linden?

    2. Never gonna happen too many people are getting rich off hicking up the market

    3. Because our leadership is in cahoots with the developers / realtors.

    4. The leadership is making money and getting rich off the high real estate market they are the problem not the solution.

Years ago there was talk of flooding the market to bring down prices but the powerful stopped it to keep the prices high

    5. Because Lakewood is an open capitalist town not run by socialists. This whole “deep state” powerful controlling few sitting in a dark basement somewhere scheming and laughing to the bank doesn’t exist anywhere besides for in the heads of some kvetchy commenters on this site.

That is borderline kefira. There are countless times when chazal stepped in to make takanos of hafkoas shearim. There was plenty of empty land available for lakewood youngeleit to build cheap affordable homes but greed and money did not allow to flood the market.
On the other hand the chasidim like satmar bought up empty land and built affordable homes for their chasidim right in Lakewood.

And yes there is plenty of backroom mikva dealing going on behind the residents backs. Look how the masterplan was done in the most sneaky tricky way to fool the olam.
Real leadership would not have allowed it to get to this point.

    7. When you randomly pull the Kefira card you lose credibility for everything else in your comment.

    8. Monroe has thousands of apartments planned to be built within the next two years. Therefore it makes sense in to tell people in Monroe to wait until they are built. Why should a guy in Lakewood wait? What reason does he have to expect the prices to go down?

  8. If you propose building housing people complain about congestion.

  9. NewsMax is a partisan right wing fake 'news' site, based on Trump facts instead of real facts.
    We should not celebrate them.
People do what they have to do for parnassa, but let's not be proud of working for scum like that.
