  4. There's only one sadigura rebbe as per tzavaah no need to add the sem levai, BB. (like bobov doesn't add 48)

  5. why are they sitting when the Rebbe is holding the Sefer Torah?

  6. The Rebbe can decide what property he wants to give to each child (which he did not necessarily do)
The Rebbe can even write who he wants to be Rebbe after him
However ultimately it is up to each individual Chossid to decide who he wants to choose to follow
It seems that most chose Bnei Brak however some Chassidim decided to follow the One in Yerushalayim and the one in London

Of Bnei Brak has am issue with these other Brothers using the name Sadigura they can summon them to a Din Torah Like Bobov did

However they do have a right to call themselves Rebbes and their Chassidim do have a right to follow these other Brothers

And since for now no one summoned them to a Din Torah for using the Name Sadigura
They have a right to also call themselves Sadigura Rebbe

    1. They have a 'right', as you say it. But they are doing more than their 'right'. They are claiming to follow their father's footsteps, and that is untrue. The father said clearly whom he wants. What happened to truth in advertising? Is that not a thing anymore?

  7. Shows ho much you know. Major din torahs going on, court injunctions, and more. Read the news.

  8. No they don’t have a right. The name belonged to the father who said this one should be rebbe. Case closed. If they want they can start a new chassidus.

  9. So much easier to just be a litvak. Litvaks don’t have this kind of politics and fights. Bh!!!

  10. Litvaks don't fight, really?! What about today's Yeshiva of all Yeshiva's, Ponoviz?? They can't make it through an Ellul zan without throwing shredders at each other untill the police have to be called in to break up the fighting

  11. @7:00 AM, as a litvak, how I wish that were true. Maybe our machlokesim aren't exactly the same as chassidim have, but we've had some too.

  12. They have a right to say they are following in their Fathers Footsteps to

They grew up in their Fathers and Grandfather's home and court and observed him just like the Younger Brother

They have their Fathers and Grandfather's DNA and know how to Give over Sadigura Chassidus to the next Generation

    1. You throw out the word rights without knowing what you are talking about.
      1. Father says son No. 5 should be Rebbe.
      2. Son No. 2 ignores father's instructions.
      3. Son then claims to be following his father's footsteps.

      How hard was that?

I don't care about the father or the sons. As far as I am concerned, the word 'Rebbe' is meaningless. But the sheker bothers me.

  13. But their father who owns sadigura said this one should be rebbe. The other ones could open their own things even if similar to sadigura but they can’t use the name.

  14. I knew you would jump on me with ponovezh but first of all that’s different and anyway it’s just one case in thousands of years of peace and harmony by the litvaks. By the chassidim it’s rampant.

  15. This is confusing. Isn't this the second to youngest son? Why are you saying he's the second son and who is son #5?

  16. Thelitvaks learned how to fight from the chasidim. The peleg learned how to demonstrate against the Medina from satmar Hapeles learned from Der Yid how to fight Der Blatt, etc etc.
