Items on the Agenda including street vacations
- Brook road The Township Committee of the Township of Lakewood has agreed with the residents of this area not to require the creation of said park, thereby relieving the developers/vacation requestors of the

obligation to construct said linear park, and leaving the property as open space in accordance with the neighborhood residents’ wishes.

- A 300 ton per day Type 10 Municipal Solid Waste Transfer Station to be designed, constructed and operated by the Township at the Lakewood DPW

additional item of revenue in the budget for the year 2021 in the sum of Nine Hundred Four Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars and 00/100 cents ($904,700.00), which item is now available as: REVENUE: CDBG-HUD Block Grant #B-21-MC-34-0128 $904,700.00


-UEZ 2021-2022 Revolving Loan Programs Consulting Services $96,650.00


 -Contract for the purchase of three Ford Explorers for the Township Police department for an amount not to exceed $130,451.40 is hereby awarded to Garden State Industrial.


- There shall be no construction, maintenance operations, or utility work on any roadway in the Township before the hour of 9:00 a.m. 10:00 a.m. or after 4:00 p.m. 3:00 p.m. This time limit may be adjusted to permit work prior to 9:00 a.m. 10:00 a.m. or after 4:00 p.m. 3:00 p.m. by the Officer in Charge Chief of Police or the Chief’s designee of the Police Department. If it is determined by the Officer in Charge Chief of Police or the Chief’s designee that the construction or maintenance operations prior to 9:00 a.m. 10:00 a.m. or after 4:00 p.m. 3:00 p.m. would substantially delay traffic or cause a safety or health hazard, the work shall then be permitted only between 9:00 a.m. 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. 3:00 p.m.

No person shall stop or stand a vehicle on any day (except Sundays and public holidays)    

East Kennedy Boulevard North  From the westerly curbline of Berkowitz Avenue in a westerly direction to a point 758 feet 190 feet thereof.

 Martin Luther King Drive East From the prolonged curb lines of Martin Luther King Drive and Lincoln Street and extending 50 feet in a southerly direction.
