- Just hours after being ordered by a federal judge to explain his shutdown of Jewish schools in court, Governor Andrew Cuomo held a press conference in which he reversed course and agreed to allow the schools to open in Far Rockaway. The announcement came on the heels of the lawsuit filed by Yitzchok and Chana Lebovits, who send their daughters to Bais Yaakov Ateres Miriam (BYAM) – an Orthodox Jewish school for girls. The lawsuit alleged that Governor Cuomo and Mayor de Blasio had illegally discriminated against the school, even though there had been no cases of COVID and both officials had previously admitted that schools have not been spreading the virus. 1. The intelligence community warned the government, more than one month ago, that the Russians were planning on using Giuliani as a conduit for misinformation in the new election campaign. But it was ignored by the mainstream media, who want Trump to win, or at least to stay viable.

Then this ridiculous email story emerged. A laptop was left at a repair shop, purportedly by Hunter Biden. Although nobody can confirm that any laptop was dropped off, the laptop repair shop even exists, or that the person dropping it off even looks somewhat similar to Hunter Biden. Why didn't they say that Bo Biden dropped it off for the same money?

This diabolically devious genius Hunter Biden then completely forgot about the laptop, and did not pick it up. A laptop with all kinds of sensitive material. Who repairs laptops nowadays anyway? Buy a new one for $300. Unless it has important necessary information. So who leaves it at the shop? The conspiracy gets murkier.

This laptop was given, information intact, to someone who gave it to someone and it ended up in the hands of Giuliani's lawyer. The anonymous owner of this store stole someone's information and sold it, with no clue what he was even doing. Basically, Giuliani has admitted to trafficking in stolen goods and information. But no investigation, the mainstream media is still coddling its preferred candidate, Donald Trump.

No newspaper picks up the story, because it is ludicrous. There is no reason to believe any of it, none of it is proven or backed by another source. Only one rag, a paper known for its pro-Trump bias, picks it up, and their own reporters refuse to put their byline on foolishness like that. Eventually one reporter stakes his career on it, and it is printed.

The social media platforms, aware that Giuliani is being used as a conduit for Russian misinformation, refuse to allow themselves to be used again as a channel for fake news, foreign manipulation of an election, and general skulduggery.

The mainstream media reported on the story, that the NYP printed an unverified story, because that is all they have. Of course, that doesn't change the polls at all. All numbskulls and morons who are likely to believe this story, are voting for the numbskull in chief anyway, they are not likely to change because of this.

A week later, no proof has been brought, no backing or source, absolutely zilch. Giuliani has egg on his ugly face, the NYP is living up to its reputation as a rag, and the mainstream media is looking for other methods of propping up their Trump, knowing that the day he is out of office is the day he stops affecting their ratings.

    1. 6:13 is total ignorant idiot. He says "the mainstream media, who want Trump to win". That is a lie. The media is totally pro biden, hence the intense cover up on this scandal. He further states "Buy a new one for $300". No bessere mentch buys a $300 laptop, only the low income people do. People who earn $50,000 a month for doing nothing buy $3000 laptops

    2. Perfect comeback.

How do you know this story? From the mainstream media, that did not cover up the story at all.

      Get a clue

"The response of Twitter and Facebook, however, was to shut it all down. Major media companies also imposed a virtual blackout on the allegations."

    4. All major media companies covered it, which is where you know the story from.

Twitter and Facebook did not shut it down, they prevented certain dissemination, pending further investigation. And there has still been no corroboration or confirmation.

You guys should really stop believing their own lies.

    5. Yet a report in the NYT about a supposed China account for Trump, from a stolen/unverified tax return is headlines. The FBI and the National Intelligence already confirmed that the laptop is not part of a russia misinformation campaign.

    6. 4:03

Get your facts straight. The mainstream media tried to cover it up. We heard about it from the few brave souls who had the balls to expose it. Then everyone had no choice but to jump on the bandwagon

  2. There are photos and videos of Hunter Biden from that laptop.

Biden campaign has not disputed authenticity of the emails/photos. And, in an interview, campaign spokesperson specifically said they are not diputing authenticity.

CBS reported that FBI confirms it is not Russian disinformation.

    It's real.

  3. Another letter about testing rabbosei this is government tyranny and bullying of the rabbonim by askanim who have financial and other interests. They keep moving the goal posts and coming up with different reasons to test while the metzius keeps changing.

FACT not all schools in Lakewood sent home a consent form or are testing the children. The roshei yeshiva can not endorse something that half the town is not implementing.

FACT. The numbers in Lakewood and Ocean county have gone down drastically it is a fear mongering lie to keep spreading the the schools will shut down. In order for that to happen 8 counties would have to shut down their school systems too. Additionally the public schools do not have a state mandate to randomly test their students

FACT the schools did not give parents an option to test their kids after hours at the facility of their choosing but are forcing them to test in school with a specific vendor as always follow the money.

FACT the numbers did not come down because of the testing, it came down because the virus hit Lakewood early on and is now on the way out.

FACT there were no safety protocols put in place to protect older rebbeim in schools or to have antibody testing for kids to determine that kids dont go back home and infect parents or grandparents.

FACT the positivity rate in Lakewood has gone down since 3 weeks ago but they keep on threatening that schools and mosdos could be shut down.

I just wanted to comment, outside Lakewood no public school systems are fully open. And the ones that are hybrid close for 2 weeks of 2 separate people in the school test positive.
The testing compensates for the fact that we are not being required to follow the onerous guidelines for the public schools, such as full time masking, 6 foot distancing, etc.

      Delete
    3. We are still required to social distance with masking in the schools.

Please. Just because someone can give a nice shalosheedus torah doesnt turn him into daas torah

And the Roshei Yeshiva? Let then put their name on a letterhead. They've done plenty of times during the first round. Why cant they do it now?

    3. " They still do" But only when convenient

    4. Why don't you ask the Rosh Yeshica that as well?

      Delete
    5. I trust the Iggud, who have researched the situation, more than the Roshei Yeshiva, who by their own admission say that they haven't.
If you have a counter-Iggud, a group of respected Talmidei Chachomim, who put their names behind a dissenting opinion, we can discuss upon whom to rely. But now, that we have an Iggud and the Menahalim of the Mosdos with which we trust our children, I think anonymous commenters and ad producers are just not credible.

Test, it is not that hard

      Delete
    6. The Iggud has no right to set medical policy on anyones children. This is not mandated and it was offered to the gov by self serving self appointed askanim who have no right to make any deals with murphy about our childrens lives.

      Delete
    7. Exactly what are you accusing Rabbi Deutch of doing? How does he gain from this round of testing?

More importantly, let us say that you have a better method of dealing with the governor. What should we do now? Nothing? If you would be dealing with him, your opinion would count. Now you are just making trouble without doing anything productive

    1. What does this have to do with porch minyanim?

      Delete
    2. The porch minyanim fiasco just a few months ago was a full display of how power and money hungry askanim deliberately lied to and fed false information to the rabbonim it was proven that they fooled them and was evident in the back and forth letters that kept on changing that came out at that time. The public lost its trust with askanim and saw in real time how rabbonim are manipulated. Now again half the mosdos are not requiring any testing and did not send anything home to the parents. This is not something to impose as a blanket rule on everyone. The mosdos are not listening to the vaad hacorona

      Delete
    3. 1. The porch minyanim 'fiasco' was based on clear Eiva from the outside world. We needed to stop this perception that we were ignoring the guidelines, and the Rabbonim concurred. Anon 8:36 thinks differently to the Rabbonim. How nice.

      2. The Menahalei haMosdos, as well as a group of Rabbonim, are telling us that they have a 'deal' with the governor. But Anon 8:36 אשר בהפקירא ניחא ליה says that it is all a fiasco, and he will do what he wants. He doesn't care about the risk of illness, the chance that there is a serious issue over here, or the chance that Yeshivos and schools will need to close. The only issue in his myopic view is 'fight askanim'.

      Delete
    4. you are attempting to use talking points with fear mongering but is outdated it dont work anymore. The Aiva thing fell flat on its face and no one in Lakewood bought into it. It was those who created the real aiva that projected it on the porch minyanim that were one hundred percent legal.

Askanim love to tell everyone that they are doers and everyone else criticizes and does nothing yeas that is all feel good talk no one forced them or elected them to their positions they are placed or beholden to powerful influential people who look out for their own interest.
You are attempting to play up the seriousness of the illness as if only YOU care about it but no one else does. sorry but no one is falling for this people see through it and dont put their health in the hands of power hungry individuals. and while you mention rabbonim and menahalei hamosdos there are plenty of rabbonim and menahalei hamosdos who don't agree. They care more than you about the safety of their talmidim and keeping their mosdos open.

      Delete
    5. Anon 2:24 - you are right. People got fed up with the restrictions, so they suddenly came up with all kinds of medical theories, conspiracy theories and other nonsense. All based on their own feelings, not logic or fact.
They needed someone to blame, so nameless askanim became the target. Rabbonim's kavod became irrelevant, medical consensus was a cause for derision.

All because some snowflakes couldn't handle a little discomfort.

  8. Vault health is a "men's health" company that got into the COVID testing. As part and parcel of their testing, they say they will release date to local health officials (see their terms and conditions online saying they have to) and they can remove your personal identifying info but keep all other info (such as aggregate data, etc) that they can then sell. They are only doing the collection, the actual processing is being done by Rutgers, which as part of the mission is to have the "highest quality biobanking services and biomaterials" Yup, store your info, there, folks, if you want.
