  9. Alternatively, people are working very hard to keep the mosdos hchinuch open. You trust the mosdos with perhaps the most important thing you will ever trust anyone with, the chinuch of your children, but you also think that they are conspiring with the CDC to make money off testing the kids? And how exactly does this money making scheme work? I got tested along with my entire family and didn't pay a penny for it.

  10. We think the Mosdos are being fooled by the Askonim.just like Simchas Torah fears .

If it’s true that we should get tested , We all Will !

An advertorial for Cuomo is snuck into call to vote for Simcha Felder.

    Dec 12, 2018,
Emblem Health, which insures most of New York City’s municipal workers, has entered into a settlement with the state attorney general after being accused of denying sex change surgery coverage to transgender clients..

But the AG’s office found the insurer based the denials on “misleading and deceptive information” tied to outdated guidelines and concluded the rejections violated state law.

As part of the settlement, Emblem agreed to pay full restitution to members who paid out of pocket for the procedures, as well as a $250,000 fine.

Emblem has also updated its gender reassignment surgery guidelines to comply with state law, according to the AG’s office release.

“Health plans have a basic obligation to cover medically necessary health care for their transgender members,” Underwood said.

“My office will continue to protect the rights of transgender New Yorkers and ensure they’re treated with the fairness and dignity they deserve.”

Gov. Andrew Cuomo sent a letter to insurance companies in 2014 warning they could not deny gender reassignment surgery like hormone therapy and mammoplasty.

He said coverage for psychological disorders such as ”gender dysphoria” was mandatory under the law.

NY Gov. Cuomo Slammed for 'Ghoulish' Abortion Law

    June 18, 2019
New York’s current surrogacy laws permit a woman to carry a child for another parent, but they don’t allow her to be paid for doing it. And at the time of birth, the law recognizes the gestational carrier as the legal mother. Governor Cuomo seeks to change both of these laws, bringing New York into line with 47 other US states that permit contractual surrogacy arrangements. That would make 48 states with bad laws. Womb rental is akin to nine months of prolonged prostitution, and manufacturing children for sale.

New York’s motive for legalizing surrogacy is to avoid insulting the LGBTQIAP+ community. Along with infertile couples, they are the primary beneficiaries of womb rental. So opposition to surrogacy is called homophobic. That, however, is merely a convenient way to insist that women’s bodies should be on the commercial market

Cuomo denies having anything to do with the machinations—” But Cuomo is adept at sending signals, and it’s impossible to believe it would have happened if the governor had objected. The Senate play fit with Cuomo’s core big-picture political vision—that Albany is now a model of bipartisanship—and the structure quickly paid dividends.
“You think they’ve got Felder?” Cuomo said, according to Senate Republicans. “I have the rabbis who Felder reports to! You think you have Klein? I’ll get Klein to be a Democrat again! You are in power only so long as you can move progressive measures.” .

    Mar 8, 2020,
Governor Cuomo stated that he will sign an assisted suicide bill into law
New York Assembly Bill A2694 and Senate Bill S3947 where introduced as the Medical Aid in Dying Act.

As Margaret Dore, the President of Choice is an Illusion stated in her article: New York: Reject Medical Aid in Dying Act:
“Aid in Dying” is a euphemism for euthanasia.[3] The Act, however, purports to prohibit euthanasia

“News that Team Cuomo ignored warnings about the nursing-home disaster only confirms that the gov.’s call for an investigation is pure deflection. He’s trying to make care facility owners the fall guys for the state’s choices.

…. The real investigation should be into why Zucker insisted on sending coronavirus-positive patients to nursing homes, when it’s been clear from the start that the elderly are most at risk from the virus..

  13. So the Lakewood askanim were bullied by state officials and they inturn bullied the town.
Facts Lakewood and other frum communities were hit first with the second wave and it spreads quickly thru the community. It peaked by sukkos and has gone down. But the politicians blamed it all Lakewood and the askanim took the bait.
Now the rest if NJ is going up this is how the virus works.

  14. New York buisanesses and yeshivos getting shut and find. Thank you so much to the chanifa phone call with Cuomo it really helped.

  15. The numbers in Lakewood did not go down because the askanim forced every healthy person to test if anything that drove the numbers up. The numbers went down because the virus did its job and now moved on.

And Agudah who angered Cuomo with a lawsuit get a free pass.

  20. The Torah teaches us how to look at things with the right perspective. There's something called נגיעות and שוחד. No matter how choshuv or wealthy a person is if theres a scintilla of doubt to his true motive they can not be trusted. Even Moshe and Ahron would not be allowed to testify because of peoples perception. When a gevir or Rabbi have conflicts of interests or financial interests they should not be the ones making public statements or speaking on behalf the community

    1. Actually, you are misquoting the Torah. It does not say anywhere 'if theres a scintilla of doubt to his true motive they can not be trusted', nowhere at all. This is your own nonsense.
