  1. Please keep in mind Lakewood is maxed out .
    Please consider the facts that Lakewood can not accommodate duplexes .
    Please go back to decent size homes with decent size properties with decent pricing . An example would be West Kennedy Blvd size houses. People can grow into these houses and responsibly do an addition when the time comes .
    And please keep the prices in line with a Lakewood mindset without all the quartz and granite and the extras that the developers keep trying to offer so they they can just keep on transplantIng !The Lakewood / yeshiva / ehrliche Balabatim dont’t have to have that . They want to live in Lakewood and pay a decent and fair price.
