  1. Lakewood’s election is coming up, and it’s time we finally brought in new voices with fresh ideas to replace those entrenched in the old system. Let’s get new blood that will make real changes, stop the damage, and start making real improvements.

Eventually, Lakewood needs to adopt a ward system so that every neighborhood has a dedicated representative to bring their concerns forward. While the mayor means well and addresses a few random issues from different areas, this approach isn’t fair or

    1. It is called the Faulkner Act. And it should have been adopted 15 years ago. It is time to get it done. Unfortunately very few people care. But when our.property taxes triple and our town is bankrupt everyone will scream and look for who is to blame. In the meantime you can vote straight down Republican and at least get rid of one of the entrenched problems in our town. Vote for Moshe Raitzik. Don't listen again to anyone that has an agenda for their self interests. Vote for the klal

  4. How can we get the word out to the residents of Lakewood? Can someone pay for a flyer to be sent via the Lakewood Courier to all Lakewood residents? I dont think that any of the published magazines are independent enough to honestly point out the failures and corruption in the Lakewood township.

    2. The Voice is one of those corporations in Lakewood that got a tax abatement and doesn't pay property taxes! WE pay their taxes as taxes on all other properties have increased by 7 million this year!

I haven't read the article yet, but I cant imagine they can say anything negative about the current members of the township of lakewood!

Maybe we should set up Hallel there this Friday.

Wait, it's open on Shabbat. Maybe schedule musical Hallel on Shabbat for those who can walk over.
