Israel at war day 387
- A source in Hamas told the Al-Arabiya network: "Hams rejects any proposal for a ceasefire without Israel's complete withdrawal from Gaza."
-Lebanon update: IDF forces are very close to complete operational control of the first line of border villages in South Lebanon. The assessment in Israel is that the IDF will not recommend (to the political echelon) a further expansion of the ground operation in Lebanon. However, it will soon ask to operate in at least two more areas deeper than the first line of villages. The IDF believes they will end intense offensive ground activity within a few weeks and then "act to return residents." (Hillel Biton Rosen, Channel 14)
- US security officials believe Iran may retaliate by attacking Israel again with hundreds of ballistic missiles as it did a few weeks ago
- Hamas to Qatari and Saudi media: "The organization will offer the negotiators a comprehensive deal to end the war. The proposal includes a complete Israeli withdrawal and an exchange deal under which all the Israeli hostages will be released at once."

Lebenon is turning into a Vietnam situation
ReplyDeleteWhy is Israel sending older reservist into battle to the front lines
I had this question for a year already!
DeleteIf you ask most Israelis who do army service why is Israel sending older reservist into battle to the front lines they will say it is due to the manpower shortage caused by the Charedie not serving
DeleteLebanon is not a Vietnam at all. Problem is that Harris/obama are tying their hands, just as they did in Gaza.
DeleteUhh..you must mean jet set white (or wannabe) seculars who won't send their sons & daughters into such unglamorous uncool dangerous grunt service, but surely like for you to, step on you & yours if you refrain, abuse their martyrdom if you will,& with barest smirking lip service will direct the nation toward contradictory opposition to the purpose of their sad sacrifice !

DeleteThe aim must be worthwhile if you demand for people to risk their all.
Demand prior a complete overhaul of the Command structure, replacement to the Top Brass & Value system, before any agreement for sending our boys & men out as per their & your whim.
That then would be real healthy progress worthy of a risk
& if/when that "sets back" the satisfaction of progressive females or decadent causes-constricts their style, lovely it should be.
If such a scenario come to pass, there will be also be less ensuing casualties. Guaranteed.
Will it happen? Farfetched. So cease your cajoling here. Turn around & cajole them .
Everyone knows that the front lines in Lebanon is much more dangerous than Gaza and no one wants to go in. I thought that fathers of many children are exempt. I heard about a young soldier who was r”l killed there over Succos had an exemption from the army but still wanted to fight. These soldiers are Kedoshim on the highest level! Please reach out to organizations like Shai Graucher’s Chessed V’Rachamim that ensures that these Almanos and Yesomim have money for their basic needs and for their future simchas.
ReplyDeleteAs heartbreaking as it is, money doesn't always have to be the solution.
DeleteThere's an incredibly robust compensation program for relatives in place, which anyone can find with a simple google search.
For instance, the avreich in chadera's wife now gets 21k shekel monthly for six orphans, or a quarter million a year from the state. That's just a terror victim, not even soldier.
Soldiers way more.
Insane, insane taht the army let them fight. Very nice to be so brave, but how on cheshbon of ten kids? Totally bonkers and wrong
PLease research tzedaka causes!!!
Send the yesomim to sit Shiva outside the White House.
ReplyDeleteIt's President Biden's fault their father died, cause the President didn't allow Israel to properly defend itself.
Rather outside the Kiryah,Mossad, or Fancy Conglomerates Boardrooms who control israeli policy
DeleteThey control Biden too

DeleteWhat stupid drivel. But don't you worry for blaming Jews for their being murdered. G-d has His way of dealing with it.

DeleteBeing stupidly naive re: where your real threats are from isn't a jewish virtue. Is it?
Outsourcing every odious persecution to goyim isn't either. Is it ? Let's grow up already.
G-d has waited for it long enough
