  1. Vote NO to the CEO!April 5, 2022 at 10:31 AM

The bottom line is that the taxpayers will get screwed, and the private developer will get rich off our backs for no other reason other than he feels entitled to a portion of each of our paychecks.

Let him put up his lots for sale if he doesn't want to pay his property taxes. There will be plenty of buyers for him to make lots of money from their sale (especially because he just recently purchased both lots for a steal-of-a-deal price.) We should not be forced to subsidize him for the next three and a half decades.

    1. Who does this developer think he is? If he wanted to have these lots included in the special Cedarbridge zone, he should've put in the request back then. He can't come to us now after he woke up 22 YEARS too late!

    1. Wow Wow wow. It's crazy what the developer is trying to get away with. This Cedarbridge Expansion Ordinance is a total slap in the face to the taxpayers of Lakewood. The planning board members better not allow themselves to be fooled into voting for it!
