  3. The study about car ownership - does it take into consideration the following things?:
    A) There is no normal public transportation system in Lakewood.
    B) How many people are married with driving age children at home.
    C) The elderly population who have barely any need for a car to begin with, such as nursing home residents or 55+ communities which has some sort of ''communal bus trips'' to shopping areas.
    D) The constant hustle and bustle that a Frum family schedule calls for.
    E) Etc. Etc.
