Agudath Israel of America is shocked and horrified by the brutal attacks on Orthodox Jewish victims in Lakewood and Jackson, New Jersey, over the weekend. We commend the swift and bold response by law enforcement and are particularly grateful to the Lakewood Police Department and those of the surrounding municipalities, the Ocean County Prosecutor, the New Jersey Attorney General’s office, Governor Murphy, and the FBI who have all committed the necessary resources to investigate these alleged hate crimes and secure our community.
We pray for the speedy recovery of all the victims and ask the public to keep Tzvi Aryeh ben Rivka Leah and Moshe Yigal ben Brunyah in their prayers.
During these difficult times, it is incumbent upon us all to turn in prayer to Avinu Shebashamayim, our Father in Heaven, the ultimate protector of the Jewish Nation, to keep us safe and secure.
What a bunch of bs
ReplyDeleteBla bla bla they didn't catch the guy for 12 hours whole he terrorized lakewood. The PD are great guys but they were not on it for this.
ReplyDeleteWhat's the point this statement?
ReplyDeleteTo be relevant just like the ADL statement
DeleteBetter be quiet then say anything. Lakewood police should be called out on their inaction.
ReplyDeleteThe terrorist got back home after all the crimes this is inexcusable and law enforcement must reassess how they let this slip through for so long while he was under their nose
ReplyDeleteOnly at the end for they mention tehillim for the victims.
ReplyDeleteComplain complain complain. Just like my 10 year old.
ReplyDeleteNo. Make stupid "statements" like the big boys.
DeleteThis is not the aguda of our parents. This is Avi Schnall and his non Torah driven agenda. He means well but isn't guided my Das Torah.
ReplyDeleteThe Aguda in US is worthless
ReplyDeleteWill Agudah spokesman Avi Shafran condemn and call out Black antisemitism or does his hatred for Trump blind him
ReplyDeleteSo predictable and immature, is there even a need to condemn
DeleteWell it depends on the real reason behind the previous condemnations.
