Under pressure from Republicans and reportedly some Democrats NJ Assembly Speaker Craig J. Coughlin (D-Middlesex) cancelled a plan vote on A-5777 this Thursday which would’ve extended 15 Murphy executive orders through December. 
- RWJBarnabas Health which includes Kimball hospital in lakewood  will require COVID vaccinations for all employees at the supervisor level and higher, the company announced Thursday. Eventually, it anticipates the shots will be required for all its workers, the company said.

-Cuomo issues updated guidance for Day Camps and sleep away camps in NY Children and campers over the age of two and staff who are not fully vaccinated must wear face coverings except when eating, drinking, showering, swimming, or sleeping/resting. Children/campers may also remove face coverings outdoors when they are unable to tolerate a face covering for the physical activity. Face coverings must be worn by individuals who are not fully vaccinated during transportation. Facilities and programs must collect COVID-19 vaccination status and documentation for all staff and children, and implement mandatory daily health screening practices of their staff and visitors including daily temperature checks.

- JACKSON - Township police are seeking the public's help for any information relating to an incident of a 10-year-old girl being lured into a dark-colored SUV by an unknown man. Last Saturday at 6:52 p.m., police responded to a possible luring incident of a 10-year-old girl at her home on Danielle Court, according to Capt. Steven Laskiewicz. The girl told police that she was playing in the front yard of her home when a man in a dark-colored SUV pulled up in front of her home and said to come toward his vehicle, authorities said. The girl then immediately ran back into her home and the man left the area, allegedly heading onto Pitney Lane and going toward East Veterans Highway, see more at .app
