Has no one examined how many cars are going to be parked ? How many will be constantly going in and out of this area ? What about drop offs? Cars for guests ? Tenants ? Has no one learned by now ? Are we going to need helicopters to get across to any are in town?

What happened to Oak and Vine development - I thought they were going to be straight blocks going through. Why was a curb put up on Route 9 in front of Edgecomb. Are all the blocks over there turning into cul-de-sacs?
