-The Lakewood Board of Education approved  a plan for reopening schools for in-person instruction on a regular five-day week schedule. Schools will open September 4th.
The plan will cost the district an additional $2 million dollars to add space with modular classrooms and dividers for social distancing. Officials said they are opening so that parents will not be out of work. The local teachers union opposed the reopening plan.

  3. One minivan by spruce street appeared to take boxes for their whole neighborhood leaving the other cars waiting on the long line with nothing left. There are better ways to do chessed than on everyone else’s cheshbon.

    2. I hear. If people would have seen another 15 cars lined up in from of they they would not driven off rather than wait for 25 minutes in line in vain. I guess I’ll rent a u-haul next week, wait first in line, pick up every last box for my “neighbood” bring it all back to my block, and charge a $5 pickup fee per box for the convenience of not having to drive out of the neighborhood for the pickup.

    3. According to halacha it is a problem to save food or a seat for someone else, unless that person has a reserved seat or meal.
      While that person thinks he is doing a chesed for his neighborhood he is actually doing an avla...

I hope these Chassideshe Rabbonim in Lakewood and Tom's River where not enlightened at this Meeting on how to Use the Ocean County Family court to Resolve all Marital Issues by Encouraging the wife to go to Family court and get restraining orders on Her Husband so she can have him arrested and Take away the Finaces Home and Children away from Her Husban s the old style Lakewood Litvishe Feminest Rabbonim way...I hope we are passed those days and learned the Tragic lessons

  7. I guess public schools will make sure to open at any cost to make sure funds don't go to private or religious schools,as per Trump's announcement. .
