- Lakewood Zoning Board approved a new shul for Beis Medrash of Pine Street, as well as 2 duplexes (4 units) and a single family house, on the intersection of Pine Street and MLK Drive, across from the current trailer shul. The shul will provide 20 off-street parking spaces. The entrance to the lot will be on Pine Street. Each house will have its own 4 parking spaces.
