- Some yeshivos in EY and girls seminaries have notified parents that the Israeli govt has approved their plan and will allow students to come starting this Elul or the end of August. Students are  told not to book flights yet but to wait for the schools to arrange group flights

-Physician: In the past 2-3 weeks the Lakewood Kehilla has seen several new cases of COVID-19 illness, now about 20 cases. Most, but not all, have been connected to infected individuals coming to Lakewood from Florida. In addition, it is reported that the Deal, NJ community now has some 40 new cases of illness since last week. These cases are connected to infected individuals who have come to Deal from Brooklyn.

-Israel: New High in Contagion Rate in Israel; More Deaths, Ventilations, as Virus Surges on. The Health Ministry on Sunday reported that since midnight another six people have succumbed to complications related to coronavirus and six more patients had been put on ventilators 238 patients remaining in a serious condition, of which 62 require respiratory assistance through ventilators.
