I am not qualified to go further in this discussion. A Talmid Chochem, who is a well known author of Torah seforim, told this to me. I am not a Talmid Chochum. I might have even reported this to you slightly incorrectly.
The other point that I would make is that all knowledge is in the Torah but that doesn't mean that anyone alive has all of that knowledge.

ReplyDeleteIt won't save any money for anyone. Townships will now have to hire more inspectors to do less work since They must meet a specific schedule the work load must be less.

It will save the builders time and money and will hasten the demise of our roads.

What are they looking for? He has no idea. It could be someone lost his Chanukah sand timer and needs it next week. Maybe someone misplaced their glasses, cellphone, car keys, or four-year-old child. But his mind jumped to nuclear weapons. Why not? It is as good a guess as any.
