DeleteIf you think that more housing leads to lower taxes, then I have a bridge to sell you. It's quite the opposite. Over-development leads to residents being overly taxed.
DeleteThe only happy people are those greedy developers which made off with millions, and the committeemen which appointed the land use board members which handed out crazy approvals like water.

ReplyDeleteThe fire department needs more manpower and equipment to handle everything the zoning & planning board approved. This is just one of the expensive repercussions which is coming back to bite us.
