  1. Lakewood really had the highest per capita corona death rate in the US? How is that possible considering what a high percent of Lakewood is children? If even this means higher per capita death per age group there is still no way Lakewood had a higher per capita death rate than say a place like Brownsville, Brooklyn where one out of every 125 people died from Corona.

    1. Ahh..but half the public continue somehow to deny corona was/is dangerous &should be prevented?

    2. definitely was not highest. not even close to being the highest in new jersey.

  2. Make sure to only go to an established Beis Din, that has a track record of timely Dinei Torah and dispassionate Talmidi chachamim.

In Lakewood, it should not be hard.

And also, keep far away from toi'anim

    1. Unfortunately there are lots of unscrupulous toanim who knows how to beat the system, and know how to direct their clients to go to corrupt batai dinim.

    2. It's not the toanim - it's their clients. Hiring a murderer and working along with him makes the person who hired the murderer the main cause of the murder. If not for the client, there would be no toanim

  4. There was another letter about a Dayan in a Lakewood bais din that has messed up families with gittin and other cases giving bad advice and piskei din that were not fair

    1. And there was another letter against that letter too.

    3. Why are you posting yudel's poop?

    4. The one who signed that letter against the Dayan is not worthy to shine the Dayan's shoes.

    5. The one who signed the letter actually is worthy of signing and a well respected Dayan and BF but regardless the Dayan had to be called to task here for what was done during his power trip with the arbitration that messed up couples and orhers where he is a one man show and has to answer to no one

      Delete
    6. Whose BF is the letter signer?

The Dayan paskened with two other Dayanim, and when people complained, he explained himself to Talmidei Chachamim who called him. He also explained himself to the BF/letter signer, who ignored that with this ridiculous letter.

This was no arbitration, this was a psak Beis Din like any other.

  5. Is there any data if the billboard on the corner of new hampshire and cedarbridge contributes to the amount of accidents at that intersection?

    1. You will never know
      The establishment protects the billboards
Even worse there's a video camera on chai cares property that catches the accidents on that busy intersection and the footage is posted on the poop

  6. You got to appropriate these self made askoonim who decide which BD is up to the “Pesakim style” in vogue.
A BD is a vehicle for HKBH to relate to two people who have chilukay dayous in a halachik transaction and the BD Paskens based on their taynes and “ lefee reois hadayan with the estates deshmaya of Elohim netz Av …as this is alef Bais.
Come along so e shvitzers who are unhappy with pesakim and do away with all this.
If and when you ever study Tanach b’iyun you’ll find yourself with lots and lots of company. And this is not a compliment by any stretch of one’s imagination.
As lofty as a pesak from BD is the higher step is to go for pesharah. pesharah by definition means each side gives something up. This is the loftiest path for any disagreement.
It a bit disturbing to read a letter signed by two gedolim of our generation without publicizing what case or cases they are referring to when on the surface this is against Halacha and against any Midas chasidus.
As is normal for people, no one goes blindly to a BD for a DT or for a Pesharah without checking into their experience etc.
Thus, as said above you’re omitting crucial information related to this letter. Providing that it’s not a forgery.

    1. A Dayan Yochid without any reproach is a serious issue. The arbitration agreements he signs gives him too much power that is why the gedolim came out against the bais din and personally against the Dayan who is a one man show

      Delete
    2. There is no Dayan Yochid here. It is a bona-fide Beis Din.

      Delete
    3. What exactly is a bona fide bais din. A few crooks print up a letter head are a bona fide bais din? Aha!

  7. Re: RFK jr. The journalist who reported the comment made by RFK jr. Was taken out of context. I watched the video of him speaking at a meeting, and he never made that comment. What he did say is that the virus was a bioweapon and targeted different populations using their DNA. What he did say was according to a recent study, Ashkenzi Jews and the Chinese were immune from contracting it unlike the Caucasians and black people.

  8. Why is AGUDAH SILENT on the remarks by RFK against Ashkenazi Jews. They were so quick to always criticize Trump non stop and now all we hear are crickets from the Agudah
Shame on them for remaining silent

    1. I'm no fan of Agudah being so quick to call right wing politicians antisemites when they are so slow to do so for left wing politicians but in this case they would argue that RFK jr isn't important enough to condemn. I don't remember them ever criticizing Trump directly

  9. They Beis Havaad should remame themselves Jewish Mediation Services Inc. To say they pasken al pi din more than say bes din of america is a complete myth. Been there seen it first hand. As the letters warn just know what your getting yourself into before signing your life over to them.

    1. Sheker!

Some of the greatest Talmidei Chachamim in Lakewood sit on the Beis Hava'ad, and they have a reputation of a professional Beis Din that refuses to waste time on nonsense.
Only corrupt toi'anim have a problem with them, because their tricks don't work in that Beis Din.

In fact, if you have a Din Torah there, hire a regular toi'en; someone who will help you prepare the case and no more. You have no benefit from a gangster, because they are not impressed with them.

  10. Basically, someone went to Beis Din and lost. That happens many times.

This disgruntled loser, instead of thanking Hashem that he was saved from theft, decided to run around town disparaging a great Talmid Chacham to take revenge. Most Talmidei Chachamim ignored him. One Safra Dedayna took him up on it and made a fool of himself.

Every Din Torah has a loser, don't believe the complaints.

    1. Not true. Bais din works by peshara these days. Not din. They chose who they feel is right. Bais din shoukd be about din.

      Delete
    2. bais din usually works with what is known as "peshara karov l'din". both parties agree to this before the hearing starts. it would be almost impossible to work with strict din because the muchzik would almost always be able to tainoh "kim li" and keep his money since there are almost always chilukei dayos about every case. but if the sides say they specifically want din, bais din will accomodate them.

  12. How were they 'forced' to be Mechalel Shabbos? Why couldn't they stay in the streets? Why couldn't they be arrested? Where is the Yiddishe shtoltz? This is an embarrassment to all of us.
