NWS: There is a marginal risk of severe weather today.

- Motorists stranded on Palisades Pkwy in floodwaters Hatzolah of KJ and Rockland helping see videos below.

- Severe flood watch for NYC area flooding on roads such as palisades Pkwy and other highways used by those traveling back from Catskills. Parts of Rt 6 near Rockland County have washed away

- Shiva for Rebbetzin Taplin will take place at  Yisroel at 283 Albert Avenue in Lakewood. The levaya was attended by a large crowd including all 4 Lakewood roshei yeshiva. Kevura is in E"Y.
