As a town of Baalei mussar built on middos tovos. It would be prudent for people scheduling bar mitzvah and vorts / events to ask the venues whether or not they lied to the neighbors and the zoning board about the presence of the hall. Halls that are causing daily grief and sleepless nights to their neighbors should not be used.
