Halachos for Tisha B'Av Thursday and Erev Shabbos this year by Rav Doniel Neustadt shlita Rav of Pine River Village senior community in Lakewood.
As it is a senior community these psakim could be pertaining to them.

it says specifically cleaning lady "for Shabbos" i.e. for Shabbos preparation needs.
