Appeal # 4115 – Hampton Development, LLC, 133 Ocean Avenue, Block 248.01 Lot 65.01, B-4 zone. Proposed 3 story residential apartment building with ground floor parking. 

Appeal #4168 – David Bernstein, Attaya Road, Block 11.04 Lot 7.01, R-12 zone. To construct a residential hoe with variance requested for combined side yard setback of 20 feet where 25 feet is required. Also seeking retaining wall approval.

Appeal # 4151A – Spruce Care, LLC – Spruce Street, Pine Street. Block 855.o01 Lots 26 &
29. Amended site plan to request new side yard setback variances to allow for more parking on
site.

    The application submitted by Hampton Development, LLC for property known as 133 Ocean Avenue, Block 248.01 Lot 65.01, Zoning Board Appeal # 4115 has been adjourned from the Zoning Board’s Special Meeting scheduled for
    January 11, 2021. The application will be heard on February 1, 2021 at 7 P.M.

    NO NEW NOTICE WILL BE PROVIDED BY THE APPLICANT.

Why did the secretary deliberately change the description on this Hampton Development’s huge apartment building, from the original 4 story high building in all the prior agendas to what she now calls a 3 story building. Nothing in the plans changed. The ground level is planned for parking and the upper 3 levels are intended for apartments, business offices, social hall, etc. That makes this building 4 stories tall.

    She should describe it like it is, and not try to make it sound smaller than it really is, especially because it was always described as 4 story until now. Is there something going on behind the scenes that we should know about..
