were enjoying your protocols, points of privilege, and going through legal motions, the spirit and essence of the Capitol have been leaving for several years. What's left is just a shell of architecture.
Second, the founders were very careful to keep separate the Capitol with significant distance from democracy and the people. So skip the Orwellian doublespeak.

The Agudah position (at least back when Rav Moshe and Rav Yaakov were alive ) was to refrain from any comment on political issues that don't directly impact the frum community . You make no new friends by expressing a common sentiment and you alienate those who are on the other side by doing so. For the sake of what?
