-DeKalb County elections officials due to technical issues, 19,000 remaining ballots must be manually scanned in order to be tabulated and added to the total vote count. They say the ballots are currently being scanned.
-Trump tweets: Looks like they are setting up a big “voter dump” against the Republican candidates. Waiting to see how many votes they need?
